BeSafe is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our overseas team. In this role you will be responsible for growing the export sales of BeSafe's LiFePO4 residential and commercial energy storage systems, hybrid inverters, and DC battery modules across target regions (Europe, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America, Africa). You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and engineering teams to identify distributors, ESS integrators, and solar installers, develop region-specific go-to-market strategies, and meet quarterly revenue targets.

To be successful you should have a strong background in B2B sales of solar, storage, or power electronics products, excellent cross-cultural English communication, and the ability to build long-term channel relationships. A strong understanding of the global renewable energy market — solar self-consumption, time-of-use arbitrage, peak shaving, off-grid, microgrid — is a plus.

- Develop and execute export sales strategies in assigned regions to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets;
- Identify and onboard distributors, ESS integrators, and solar EPC partners;
- Educate channel partners on BeSafe's All-in-One / wall-mount / DC-module / hybrid-inverter product lines, and assist with product selection;
- Attend trade shows (Intersolar, The smarter E, Solar Pakistan, etc.) and other industry events to promote BeSafe products;
- Maintain CRM records of pipeline and quarterly results;
- Collaborate with the engineering team on customer-specific OEM/ODM requests.

- 3+ years international B2B sales experience, preferably in renewable energy, energy storage, or power electronics;
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an export-channel environment;
- Strong English communication and relationship-building skills; second foreign language a plus;
- Self-driven and able to work independently across time zones;
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
- Willing to travel internationally as needed.
